When Refunds Are Applicable
Refunds are only valid if the project has not yet started after payment.
If we are unable to deliver a service due to technical reasons, we will issue a refund.
When Refunds Are Not Applicable
Once a digital marketing campaign (SEO, Ads, Email Marketing, etc.) has started.
For subscription-based services after the billing cycle has begun.
For custom services like website design, graphics, or branding, once approved and delivered.
Refund Timeline
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
