Duplicate Payment: Verified duplicate payments are fully refunded.
Non-Delivery of Services: Applies if a purchased service or software is not delivered due to internal issues.
Service Not as Described: If the delivered service substantially differs from the agreed proposal.

Refund Process
Refunds (if approved) are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
